Anti-Fraud Statement

Last updated: 2026-03-20

Version: v1.0.1

Release date: 2026-03-20

AI BrandRank Institute (AIBRI) is an independent audit institution committed to absolute neutrality, academic rigor, and de-commercialization. We maintain a zero-tolerance stance toward any fraud, extortion, impersonation, or conduct that undermines audit integrity.

1. Recognizing Common Fraud Schemes

  • Paid ranking scams: any individual or organization claiming that payment can improve AIRI ranking or secure placement on a recommended list is fraudulent. AIRI is generated through algorithmic auditing with no paid entry threshold.
  • Paid deletion or alert withdrawal: AIBRI never accepts payment to remove negative findings from the Audit Observations & Alerts channel. Any outreach to brands on this basis is treated as extortion.
  • Forged auditor identity: fraudsters may impersonate AIBRI auditors (such as fake badges or business cards) to request internal non-public corporate data. Always verify identities through official channels.
  • Early report access for payment: any promise of paid early access to unpublished audit bulletins or benchmark reports violates AIBRI compliance protocols.

2. Official Verification Rules

  • Official domain: AIBRI publishes information and sends emails only through aibrandrank.org. Be alert to lookalike phishing domains (for example, aibrand-rank.org or aibri-audit.com).
  • Auditor ID: every formally assigned auditor carries a unique Auditor ID (for example, Auditor 01-06). You may verify communicator authenticity by emailing integrity@aibrandrank.org.
  • Report authenticity: every officially released report includes a unique Audit ID, a traceable Evidence Vault link, and an AIBRI official digital seal.

3. Boundaries on Commercial Influence and Independence

  • No commercial consulting service: AIBRI does not provide any paid consulting intended to help brands game AI algorithms for ranking gains.
  • No authorized agencies: AIBRI has not authorized any third-party PR firms, advertising agencies, or consultancies to handle ranking improvement or audit PR operations on our behalf.

4. Reporting and Enforcement

If you identify any suspected fraud conducted in AIBRI's name, or any internal misconduct violating integrity principles, contact integrity@aibrandrank.org immediately.

Upon receiving a report, AIBRI will take the following actions: (1) identity freeze and public clarification of unauthorized identities; (2) legal action against impersonation, malicious extortion, or reputational harm; and (3) public notice by recording confirmed cases in the Anti-Fraud Alert list.

5. Guidance for Brand Cooperation

If a brand disputes AIBRI audit data, it must submit fact-based evidence through official appeal channels rather than seeking informal PR handling. AIBRI audit conclusions are governed only by original evidence and scientific methodology.
