About AIBRI

Institutional Overview

AI BrandRank Institute (AIBRI) is an independent global research institution dedicated to establishing audit standards for how artificial intelligence (AI) weights brand and product recognition in an algorithm-driven commercial era.

As large language models (LLMs) become a core gateway for people to obtain information and decision recommendations, brand assets are shifting from traditional search-engine visibility (SEO) toward AI recognition weight (AIRI). Through globally distributed node-probing protocols, AIBRI audits how AI models construct, rank, and disseminate brand narratives, aiming to eliminate information asymmetry caused by algorithmic black boxes.

1. Institutional Mission

  • Establish cognition benchmarks: develop and maintain the AIRI (AI Recognition Index) to quantify a brand's “share of mind” across different languages, regions, and AI models.
  • Advance audit transparency: advocate an evidence-preserved audit process to ensure that the commercial recommendation logic of AI models remains reviewable, traceable, and assessable.
  • Warn against cognition bias: identify and publish latency, hallucination, and systemic bias in AI brand recognition to protect the informed decision-making rights of enterprises and consumers.

2. Global Collaboration and Node Network

AIBRI adopts a “core coordination + distributed nodes” operating model to ensure diversity and neutrality in audit samples:

  • Institutional coordination center: located in Madrid, Spain, responsible for formulating global audit standards and issuing bulletins.
  • Research collaboration nodes: long-term linked nodes in Hong Kong and London, among other locations, focused on cross-language sampling, regional model performance monitoring, and global supply-chain data verification.
  • Distributed probing network: supported by compute nodes across 24 physical regions, simulating real user environments and capturing the dynamic evolution of AI cognition in real time.

3. Core Governance Principles

As a third-party audit institution, AIBRI strictly follows the governance rules below to preserve audit authority:

  • Independence principle: any form of paid brand ranking, directed warning deletion, or designated audit conclusion is strictly prohibited.
  • Evidence-preservation principle: every audit bulletin must be linked to the Evidence Vault, and each conclusion must correspond to a unique timestamp and preserved-evidence link.
  • Review protocol: before release, any formal audit result must pass at least two cross-validations among cross-model, cross-region, and cross-language checks to eliminate single-sample error.

4. Functional Contact

To ensure the audit process remains free from external interference, AIBRI uses a categorized contact mechanism. All requests are reviewed internally and answered in a unified manner by the corresponding function group. Any commercial request intended to interfere with audit conclusions will directly trigger a compliance rejection process.
